Seán Kenny: In some cases the drug problem is connected to the tourist industry. Mr. Twomey mentioned the seizure of a large shipment of drugs off the south coast. Is the country being used as a "trans-shipment" area as we have a very open coastline? These yachts and boats can come in with large shipments of drugs and not all the coastline is protected or guarded.
