Emmet Stagg: Last week, I raised the issue of the need for the Minister to sign the necessary order to bring in the individual educational programmes for children with disabilities and the Taoiseach said that he would investigate the matter. I raised the same issue with him on Thursday and he again told me he would investigate the matter but I have heard nothing from him yet. Will he ensure that is done.
