Micheál Martin: No, the Taoiseach does not have to extract that. What about bankers' pay and bonuses? Clearly that is not relevant to Northern Ireland. That is the point. There are distinct elements in Northern Ireland such as the Finucane case, parades and the Good Friday Agreement.
