Leo Varadkar: I have not received any specific reports regarding the safety of ambulances. I am however aware that, following a recent incident where the rear wheels of an ambulance dislodged, two separate investigations were conducted. I understand that the reports have now been received by the National Ambulance Service and are being implemented.
