Kathleen Funchion: The first item is the election of Vice Chairman to the committee. At a private meeting of the committee on 20 October 2020, Senator Lynn Ruane nominated Deputy Patrick Costello, and Senator Sharon Keogan seconded this nomination. I am proposing that Deputy Costello be elected as Vice Chairman of this committee. Is that agreed? Agreed.
