Kevin Humphreys: I would like the witnesses to address the question I asked about tonnage. Building on what was said; one must plan for the vision. Most submissions referred to an 80% target. I have returned to the question many times. If one puts a certain tonnage in place – a cow will emit whatever it emits – how does Mr. D’Arcy see the tonnage being divided?
