Mary Coughlan: On the issue of the Minister for Finance, it was clear the Minister was referring to the income tax net in his discussions. With regard to the legislation which Deputy Gilmore inquired about, the Taoiseach indicated that the post-budgetary legislation would be dealt with, at which stage he will decide when the election will take place.
