Patrick O'Donovan: Mr. Crehan said the same was applicable to the print media as to the broadcast media. A news bulletin or a newspaper article will never quote as a source, "Noel from Beara". If Noel from Beara is Noel Harrington, that is the way it will be quoted. It will not be simply Noel from Beara, when there happen to be 40 men called Noel in Beara and it is impossible to identify which one is which.
