Dominic Hannigan: I move: That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the Planning and Development Act 2000 and the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 and to provide for related matters. This Bill will provide that residents can ask for their estates to be taken in charge after three years rather than the current seven.
