Frank Feighan: If the Government can ban substances like St. John's Wort because of powerful lobbies, surely it can proscribe the substances in head shops. People in Ireland must travel across the Border into the United Kingdom to get a simple substance, St. John's Wort, because it was banned due to the influence of major people.
