Eoin Ó Broin: I would like the Minister to explain how that will happen. His statement is very clear. It states that there will be an average cost reduction of €50,000 to €100,000 per unit. How will he reduce the all-in construction cost by reducing the size by between 3 sq. m and 7 sq. m? Can he explain that to us?
