Charlie McConalogue: All applicants in the Organic Farming Scheme are subject to annual validation checks to ensure the correct payments are made. In 2021, the person identified declared an organic parcel on their Basic Payment Scheme application that was not on their OFS application. This issue has now been resolved and I would expect payment to issue to the applicant within the next month.
