Paul Kehoe: I have a couple of questions for the witnesses from Jigsaw and SpunOut. Reference was made to interference and bullying, particularly with mobile phones and technology. Impersonating is gone absolutely out of control and no one is doing nearly enough in this regard. Is there a quick fix for this issue? If the witnesses had the powers to implement something quickly what would it be?
