Róisín Shortall: How can it be that there is not an obvious conflict of interest here where we have a company that project managed 12 of these schools and then the Minister is bringing that company in to do a structural assessment? Surely there is a conflict of interest there. There is no transparency because that company has already been involved in delivering those projects.
