Brendan Griffin: Is it not normal practice in employment law that when a package such as that is being finalised, there is agreement that the organisation will not be sued subsequently and that any tax liabilities arising would be paid for by the person in receipt of the package? Was this the case for Breda O'Keeffe or will RTÉ and the taxpayer have to pick up any subsequent liabilities?
