I can confirm that my department provides funding to An Chomhairle um Oideachas Gaeltachta agus Gaelscolaíochta (COGG) for the preparation of materials for the teaching of Irish in Gaeltacht and Irish medium schools. Over the last couple of years this has averaged circa €665,000 annually.
