John Brady: First, I acknowledge the visitors in the Gallery. It is unfortunate that there are not more here. That is down to the flip-flopping around the scheduling of this debate. The discrimination against persons with disabilities where they must give 24 hours notice to use the public transport system has added to that problem. Hopefully, the passing of this will change it.
