Paul Kehoe: What other countries are in a similar situation with fixed-price contracts where farmers face financial hardship and ruin? Maybe dairy farmers will go out of business. I do not know. I have no proof of that and there is no use in me saying they will go out of business. Smaller farmers in a fixed-price contract will definitely be gone.
