He mentioned the numbers of people joining the Defence Forces. My impression, which may be wrong, is that there is a huge waiting list of young men and women who want to join the Irish Army.

I see that there are 92 recipients and the average payment is around €4,200. Is this figure not a bit low in 2015 for people who fought in the War of Independence? There is a small number of them.
