Mary O'Rourke: I agree with Senator Norris regarding the parliamentary bulletin. We will have to raise this with the Committee on Procedure and Privileges. The bulletin was published yesterday and is full of inaccuracies. I do not know its origins or who compiles or edits it but it will certainly have to be examined. I found five factual inaccuracies in it.
