Paul Coghlan: I move amendment No. 1: In page 6, subsection (3), line 24, to delete "prejudices" and substitute "shall prejudice". This amendment deals with technical matters. I am advised that the term "shall prejudice" should be used rather than "prejudices". I will leave it to the Minister of State to decide.
