Pat Buckley: I agree with the Chair. I suspect this is not a one-off case. One-house and two-house builds in east Cork are finding a bit of resistance when it comes to supplying services. It is affecting how people can build their family homes. I certainly agree that we should bring in somebody from any council and any part of the water service to try to iron out this issue and help everybody.
