- Joint Oireachtas Committee on Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation: Scrutiny of EU Legislative Proposals (13 Feb 2018)
Mary Butler: To reiterate what Senator Humphreys is saying, does the CCPC believe that this proposal would lead to competition law enforcement being fit for purpose? Mary Butler: Can the witness explain what a leniency programme is? What is the best way of putting it? Mary Butler: Is there anything further? Ms Goggin was very passionate about this, so there is no doubt that will help us to make our decision. Given that the witnesses were all singing from the same hymn sheet, it certainly works.
