Obviously, we do not want to know not the personal details, but the outcomes. I refer to the generic detail. I was lucky enough to visit Paris during August where e-scooters were ubiquitous. In fact, they were on the footpaths. They were coming at me in open spaces....

The RSA makes a distinction between deaths and other injuries. It is also concentrating on how to reduce other injuries. Is that where it is going in terms of some of the policy issues?
