Seanad: Future Development of An Post: Statements. (3 Feb 2005)

Seanad: Future Development of An Post: Statements. (3 Feb 2005)

Terry Leyden: I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Browne, to the House and wish him well in his Ministry. I thank the Leader for arranging this timely debate.
