Michael Creed: The applicant in question has received approval for Animal Housing and a mass concrete tank under the Young Farmer Capital Investment Scheme of TAMS II. The applicant has until 18 September 2019 to submit a payment claim for the completed approved works. A claim has not yet been submitted.
