I am trying to establish what kind of relationship exists between the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment, and RTÉ in terms of this matter. Mr. Griffin seems to be saying that it is up to RTÉ to deal with the matter and he does not envisage his Department playing a role, which might be the case.
