David Stanton: I thank Mr. Meade. I want to address the next question to Mr. McCorry. I thank him for his presentation and the work he is doing here. Mr. McCorry pointed out in his presentation that a quarter of all jobs worldwide will change by 2028, and 60% of employees will need reskilling by 2027, which is not that far away. Mr. McCorry might let us know what kind of reskilling he has in mind there....
