James Reilly: Model 4, yes. One must bear in mind that this includes hospitals that do not have an obstetric unit. Hospitals such as Portiuncula have the wherewithal to do such procedures. They are model 3 hospitals, but they have maternity units and, as Deputy Creed stated, they are co-located.
