Hildegarde Naughton: I expect Facebook will be doing this in the future. From the public's point of view, the issue is to know their data is protected. This is not just a retrospective review or audit. The public who use the Facebook platform need to be assured that their data will be protected and that Facebook will put in these safeguards.
