Brian O'Shea: Will sections 55 to 72 of the Local Government Act 2001 be enacted within the lifetime of this Government? These sections deal with the setting up of an independent commission to deal with applications from local authorities in respect of boundary extensions. This obviously affects my area because Waterford city urgently requires a boundary extension.
