Marc MacSharry: So, what we are saying here is that when the Department feels that the Committee of Public Accounts, in undertaking its work, when an officer of the court finds that the committee is implicated in that and that someone was penalised in society by the Department of Justice and its agencies, we are not allowed to raise it and not supposed to raise it.
