Mary Hanafin: Tenders for the project referred to by the Deputy are currently with my Department. Progression of all projects to tender and construction are considered in the context of my Department's Multi-Annual School Building and Modernisation Programme. As indicated at the post budget education briefing I intend to announce the first tranche of projects that will proceed to construction in 2008 shortly.

Mary Hanafin: As part of the expansion of the Permanent Accommodation Scheme, a grant of €360,000 was allocated to the school in question to provide permanent accommodation of three mainstream classrooms. An official from my Department has been in contact with the Consultant for the project and he was advised to submit an appeal for additional funding when the tendering process has been completed.

Mary Hanafin: There have been no attempted hacking, suspected cyber attacks or other malicious computer security breaches committed against my Department's computer systems in so far as it is possible to ascertain.
