Seymour Crawford: In light of the situation of many elderly people who cannot secure accommodation in nursing homes owing to the imposition of new rules, when will the nursing home support Bill be put before the House so that we might discuss it in full? Regarding what happened yesterday, when the House was misled, I sat in my car for an hour and five minutes on the M1 without moving.
