Pat Moylan: I ruled on that matter yesterday. The Chair always endeavours to ensure the House respects the independence of the tribunals in the exercise of their functions. Members have on occasion made certain comments when I was unable to stop them. I said that on several occasions and all Members are intelligent enough not to get involved in any matter that is sub judice.
