What we have is somebody like the Senator trying to muddy the waters in regard to negotiations that are going on currently between the ILDN, the partnership companies, the Department and the County and City Managers Association, CCMA. We will wait to see what is the outcome of those negotiations. They are very constructive negotiations, unlike the Senator.
