Fergus O'Dowd: Yes, but it is based on legal issues and court cases going as far as the Supreme Court regarding the remit of committees and due process in this House. Fergus O'Dowd: It was not mentioned to me. Senator O'Mahony will be first to come in if he wishes after the break. I am trying to ensure everyone gets a fair hearing. Some very constructive ideas have emerged here. Senator Feighan's commentary and Mr. Treacy's answers suggest the way forward. Whatever happens with this, we need a master plan for change in sport.
