Peter Fitzpatrick: The Minister has stated that every action possible will be taken to ensure that this does not happen again. Our Government must move swiftly to establish the facts, restore confidence in cancer screening and ensure that this does not happen again. What happened to these 208 people should never have happened. I have full confidence in the Minister ensuring that this will never happen again.
