Internal Control in County Cork Vocational Education Committee (9 Jul 2015) John McGuinness: Was that not qualified thereafter, not by the then Minister, Deputy Quinn, but by a good governance policy? Internal Control in County Cork Vocational Education Committee (9 Jul 2015) John McGuinness: We are reflecting back on the past. Unfortunately, we are dealing with various settlements and legal costs. People fought the good fight and got to the end of it but they were not unscathed. I have no doubt the money did not compensate for the condition of their health at the end of that process. Did anyone apologise to Humphrey Deegan?
