Denis O'Donovan: I have noted that. Senator Brian Ó Domhnaill has already spoken, but he says he has questions. Senators Walsh and MacSharry were to ask questions on agriculture but unfortunately, they cannot be here. It is up to the House whether Senator Ó Domhnaill will be allowed to ask a couple of questions on their behalf. Technically, he cannot speak again.
