If the level of sea lice could be kept as close to the natural level, one would be doing very well. Using the natural level as a base, how far off that level are the treatment trigger levels?

Noel Harrington: I mentioned the seal population as well. It is anecdotal evidence that I am receiving, but the population does appear to be growing. They eat salmon, wild and farmed - whatever they can get their teeth into.

The heating costs, food costs and, in many cases, rent - though maybe not for the elderly - are the same for two people claiming, or where there is a qualifying adult in a home, as for a person on his or her own with only one income. The presentation by Mr. Grant is almost agreed. There is no question in terms of the background, the specs and so on. The difficulty we have here is the treatment of a supplier of a product to an Irish company under a tendering process.
