Áine Brady: The Health Act, 2007 provides for the registration and inspection of all nursing homes. Inspections are carried out by the Chief Inspector of Social Services, part of the Health Information and Quality Authority. Following each inspection a report is compiled and published at www.hiqa.ie. I would like to advise the Deputy that HIQA has not inspected Cobh Community Hospital to date.
