Martin Heydon: I thank the Minister for his detailed response. I will come back on one point. The current system of credits was not in place when decisions were being made. Some of these individuals did not have the option look after their pension entitlements in the same way people can do now. I am not sure if the Minister's Department has looked at costings around retrospectively giving back credits...
