Alan Shatter: As the Taoiseach does not appear to be aware of the contents of his legislative programme, perhaps I might be of assistance. Deputy Durkan is referring to the Criminal Justice (Forensic Sampling and Evidence) Bill which, from what I recall, has been promised for some six and a half years. Allegedly, this is one of the items of legislation that was to be published before Christmas.
