Charles Flanagan: I made it clear that he was anxious to accommodate Senators. In the light of what Senator Norris has said about the debate not being given sufficient time, I am happy to continue. We have two amendments and we have dealt with one. We are on Report Stage. We have one more amendment to go and I suggest that it will take another 20 to 25 minutes, for which I certainly would be available.
