Bernard Durkan: Regarding promised legislation, in view of recent rumblings of unrest, when will the Electricity (Transfer of Transmission Assets) Bill be debated in the House? To what extent have discussions taken place? Has the Cabinet discussed the heads of the Bill? My second question concerns possible promised legislation. It has not been promised yet but is about to be promised.
