Brian Hayes: I should also point out that the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government has one of the largest capital budgets, of €726 million. The turnover on €73 million is 10%. The Deputy is correct in pointing out that it is a large sum of money but the global amount of money the Department spends on capital also has to be borne in mind.
