Jillian van Turnhout: I welcome the Minister for Health, Deputy Reilly, the Minister of State, Deputy White and Ms Laverne McGuinness and officials. I too will limit myself to two questions. The Seanad has passed a Bill to ban smoking in cars that are carrying children, we had been told that the Bill would be taken in the Dáil on 23 June and then on 8 and 9 July. We are still waiting.
