Bernard Durkan: I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss a matter of vital national interest, namely, the ongoing issue of boardroom disagreements in the ESB with the obvious implications for the generation of electricity, continuity of customer supply and the general stability of the board at a time when the focus needs to be on the board's future and the impact of deregulation.
