We should accept this amendment, with the understanding that the general feeling is that the timeframe for implementation should be lowered when it gets to Report Stage. Clare Daly: While I accept the Minister's bona fides as regards examining this matter, if the boss of a small company is doing all of the work and his or her 21 employees come forward on the same day, he or she might need to diversify and employ a few more to share the burden.
